Every time I schedule an exam with Dr. Popat, it goes extremely well. She would go above and beyond to make sure you are being taken care of. Besides being extremely competent and thorough, she has the patient at her heart, so she would take all the necessary time until you feel comfortable with lenses and contact lenses. Moreover, she has a genuine interest for people, very good manners and a very nice human touch. Highly recommend.
My recent eye exam at Beverly Plaza Optometric Center couldn't have been any nicer. Upon entering the Center, I was greeted with a friendly welcome and the assistant that performed my pre-screening was very professional, kind, friendly and very skillful. My time with the doctor was amazing. She is a true professional, friendly, caring, good listener, understanding and most important of all, very knowledgeable. Thank you doctor for making me feel so comfortable and for taking such good care of my eyes.

Beverly Plaza Optometric Center is quite advanced practice with a friendly atmosphere. Dr. Umangi is the most caring optometrist I have ever encounter in my life. Very knowledgeable, able to explain complex things in a simple way. Knows her equipment/tools well and makes a patient part of her thought / decision making process. It feels like she really cares about patient's well being and best interest. Dr. Umangi has a gentle personal approach and makes you feel welcomed from the beginning to the end of the appointment. Such a pleasant experience.
